| Purpose | General |
The 2011 Flap was a standard issue flap issued to all new ORCA Lodge members until the supply was depleted in late 2014. A new patch, the 2014 Lodge Flap, was created to be the next general patch (as the supply for the 2011 patch had been exhausted).
